Lately I've been on kind of a heath kick, mainly because I want to start taking care of myself more, but losing weight would be an added bonus! Here are some snacks that I like, when you're in need of a little nibble. These all involve fruit, because I have a major sweet tooth.


Yoghurt Bites/Blueberrys Dipped In Yoghurt
I did this last summer when I was being super healthy and I made them again today, and remembered how great they are, I just spooned a bit of natural yoghurt onto a plate, chopped up some blueberrys and strawberrys and dropped them on top. I just smothered the blueberrys in yoghurt also. Popped the plate into the freezer for a few hours and done! These are so yummy and kinda taste like ice cream if you suck them! 


Banana And Peanut Butter Sandwiches
I thought this was a crazy idea when I first read it, but I am completely addicted now, just chop up the banana and sandwich two pieces together with a bit of peanut butter, and it's fabulous, the flavours go so well together.

Watermelon
I know this is not very creative, but it has to be included because it's one of my favourite fruits, I just love a slice of watermelon, so juicy and refreshing, honestly there's nothing better. And these ones are cut into pizza shape slices, which is always great.


Apple And Peanut Butter 
Again when I saw this I was like 'what?!' and no one seems to believe me how good it is? I cut the apple into wedges and just have a big blob of peanut butter on the side, and then dip!

Yoghurt Covered Grapes
This is just something I've always done, I love a bowl of grapes with some low fat strawberry yoghurt poured on top, delicious.
