As the weather warms up, and the sun comes out, these are some things that I think are necessary to keep me looking and feeling refreshed and summer ready.



Sunglasses are obviously one of the main ones, though you wouldn't need them today in the UK, occasionally we have gorgeous sunny days where glasses are needed. I had been looking for some that I liked and had tried on so many in different shops, until one day I saw these in a local shop near me and fell in love, and they were super inexpensive so that's good. Also a new favourite of mine, something that I just got in my Glossybox a few days ago is a facial spray, this one is the Moonspa Rosewood Reviving Mist and it is a gorgeous, refreshing spray that is soothing and smells of lemon, and it also sets your makeup.


Another thing I love in summer is a bright, glossy lip, the Bourjois Color Boost Lipstick in 'Fucshia Pink' is gorgeous, it's an extremely bright pink that makes me feel so girly and summery, it's super hydrating and sheer. Also a thing that tends to be common for summer is bronze tones, and I love this Bourjois Kohl Liner in 'Gold' it's really pigmented and can be used in so many ways, it has a gorgeous bronzey sunkissed colour. 


To bronze up the face a bronzer is great in the summer, I've fallen in love with the Barry M Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit, the middle bronze colour is perfect for me and gives a gorgeous sunkissed glow to the skin. Lastly, some summer jewellery, I love these dangly earings from next, I think they're really pretty. And that's it.
