I'd start of with a light, hydrating foundation, or maybe a BB cream, just to even out the skin tone and add a bit of coverage. Using a concealer a little lighter than your skin tone, such as the Rimmel Match Perfection would be great to brighten up the eyes and cover any dark circles, leaving you looking refreshed and awake.
For the eyes, I'd keep it pretty simple, with a good mascara, the one above is the Benefit They're Real Mascara, maybe a coloured liner on the bottom waterline for a little pop of colour, for example the Barry M Kohl Pencil in 'Gold' and a small winged eyeliner with either gel or liquid liner! You could also just leave out the wing and gently press some eyeliner above your lashline to make the eyelashes look thicker and fuller. The one in the picture is the Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner.
I think the Collection Shimmer Shades Blusher would be perfect for this look, with some gorgeous baby pink and brighter pink tones and a little sparkle, it would create a lovely light, fresh, hint of colour to your cheeks. Using a highlighter, the one in the picture is the Seventeen Wow Skin 3 Way Highlighter, on the cheekbones would look great for a light glow on a sunny day.
Finally for lips, I think a gorgeous, shiny pink lipgloss would be perfect. I've recently been loving the Maybelline Color Sensational Color Elixir in 'Blush Essence'. It's super creamy and hydrating and would look perfect with this look.
By the way, Happy Easter!
