Highlighting Concealers
A great way to instantly brighten the face and highlight tired under eyes is to use a concealer a shade lighter than your skin tone, apply it under your eye area in sort of a triangle shape and blend! I often use Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in the shade 'Ivory'.
Cream Eyeshadows
Cream eyeshadows are one of my favourite inventions ever, they're so easy and foolproof. The one in the picture is Benefits 'No Pressure', it's a gorgeous shimmery bronze colour that can just be swept across the lid and smudged in with your finger for a 1 minute eye look. Or you can smudge it into one corner for an easy smokey eye! A drugstore alternative that I use a lot is Maybelline's Color Tattoo in 'Bronze On Bronze'
White Eyeliners
Another easy, quick way to brighten up the eyes is to use a white or nude eyeliner on the bottom waterline. The one in the photo is an MUA eyeliner.
Lip Scubs and Tinted Lip Balms
As a person with dry lips, lip scrubs and tinted lip balms are perfect for me. I use Lush's Popcorn lip scrub on my lips when there is dead skin to gently scrub them away leaving my lips soft and smooth! Tinted lip balms are perfect for day wear as they're doing twice the job of providing a beautiful soft lipstick and also helping keep the lips moisturised. The Maybelline Baby Lips are great for this, the one in the photo is in the colour 'Cherry Me'.
Contouring
I am no contouring expert but I have found that a little bit of bronzer under your cheekbones, under your jaw line and along the edges of the forehead can be great for defining and slimming your face, it makes the world of difference, also a little bit of hightlighter on your cheekbones gives a lovely glowing finish to any makeup look!
